Stacey's daily muesli

This is my staple breakfast most days


I usually make up this batch of muesli every 4-5 days

✔️ Throw in some almonds, dates & dried apricots (handful of each) and give a couple of blitzes (I use a Thermomix but any food processor would do the trick)

✔️ Add some pepitas, buckwheat kernels, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries and shredded coconut (small handful each)

✔️ plus lots of oats !

✔️ Mix up. Done


Add some berries or sliced banana and milk or yoghurt depending on your preference.
