Welcome to my nutrition practice, Healthy Core.


I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN), and Accredited Sports Dietitian, with a passion for helping clients nourish and fuel their bodies for overall health, happiness and performance.


There is no one-size-fits all approach to nutrition. After all... no two people are the same.

My aim is to support clients in a non-judgemental and friendly way and to create a safe space for people to talk about their challenges with food. I will work on a personalised nutrition plan with you, which will allow for long term, sustainable nutrition habits to be achieved. 

During an appointment, I will deliver the most recent and evidence-based nutrition advice and work with you to feel educated and build skills and awareness around food & nutrition. As a dietitian, my aim is to help people learn what foods to eat, appropriate portions which adequately nourish & satisfy, and how to plan for meals.

I am passionate about using a Non Diet Approach to achieve health goals (also known as Intuitive Eating), and believe all clients can achieve a healthy relationship with food, movement & their body. For many of us, this means letting go of rigid food rules and past diets so that you can re-connect with your body and learn to trust your body to tell you WHEN to eat, WHAT to eat and HOW MUCH to eat.​

I will support you to nourish your body in a way that makes you feel good, promotes good health and achieves your nutrition goals.

I love to cook simple, nutritious family meals and snacks. We all have busy lives, but that shouldn't mean sacrificing on nutrition.


Healthy meals don't need to be complicated or time consuming -planning and being organised is the key!
