Pretty simple & easy to make, great addition to salads, on top of eggs, steamed broccolini or just to dip some bread in olive oil

Add to a pan and dry roast on low heat for approx 5min, tossing throughout

✔️ 50g almonds

✔️ 25g sunflower seeds

✔️ 25g pepitas

✔️ 20g sesame seeds

✔️ 1 tsb fennel seeds

Allow to cool

Then mix in some spices... I used:

✔️ 2 tsp turmeric

✔️ 2 tsp dried thyme

✔️ 1 tsp cumin ✔️ 1 tsp pepper ✔️ 1 tsp cinnamon

✔️ 1/2 tsp ground ginger

.

.

Give the mixture a couple of turbo’s in a food processor or thermomix
